- 1 lb. beef chunks
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 c. green onions
- 1 c. green pepper
- 4 c. water
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Slice beef in 1-inch strips, about 4-inches long.

2Mix soy sauce, ginger and garlic.

3Coat meat with flour and soy sauce mixture.

4Brown in skillet with small amount of oil.

5Add water. Cook until meat is tender.

6Add vegetables.

7Simmer about 10 minutes.

8Add cornstarch to mixture.

9Serve over rice or noodles. This recipe will serve 5 people.
