- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. steak, cut in strips
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 medium onion, cut up
- 1 large bell pepper, cut in chunks
- soy sauce to taste
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Soak strips of steak in soy sauce at least 30 minutes.

2Cut up medium onion and large bell pepper in chunks.

3Heat margarine until it sizzles, then cook onions and peppers until they are tender.

4Drain steak; add to vegetables and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.

5Add small amount of soy sauce to taste along with salt and pepper.
