- 1 round steak, cut up
- flour
- salt and pepper
- 8 oz. whole tomatoes, drain and reserve liquid
- onions
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- green peppers
Directions

1Season meat and coat sides with flour.

2Brown in oil.

3Add liquid from tomatoes plus 1 3/4 cups water to it.

4Add cut-up onions and Worcestershire sauce.

5Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Cut green peppers into strips and add to meat.

6Simmer for 15 minutes.

7Add whole tomatoes to gravy and simmer 15 minutes more. No extra seasoning is needed for gravy.

8Serve over rice.
