- 1 to 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 medium onions, cut into thin wedges
- 2 small green sweet peppers, sliced
- 1 1/2 lb. beef round steak, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 c. beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 c. snow pea pods
Directions

1In large skillet or wok, stir-fry the garlic in 1 tablespoon of the butter for 1 minute.

2Add onion and peppers and stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes.

3Transfer the vegetables with a slotted spoon to a bowl.

4Add the remaining butter to skillet or wok.

5To prevent overcrowding, stir-fry half the steak at a time, until the meat is cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes.

6Return all the steak and the vegetables to the skillet or wok.
