- 2 1/2 lb. sirloin tips, cut thin
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 green peppers, cut
- 2 to 3 medium onions, cut
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 c. water
- 4 tomatoes, wedged
Directions

1Brown beef in hot oil, add garlic.

2Cook until garlic is yellow.

3Add soy sauce, salt and 1/2 cup water.

4Cook 45 minutes. Add vegetables.

5Cook 10 minutes.

6Stir in cornstarch blended in 2 cups water.

7Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes.

8Serve over hot fluffy rice or noodles.
