- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. good steak
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Cut steak into strips.

2Using a large skillet (preferably iron), melt margarine.

3Add sauce, mushrooms, onion and pepper. Add steak and cook, covered, until steak is tender.

4Remove cover and let brown some.

5Mix 1 cup water with 2 teaspoons Argo cornstarch.

6Add this to pan to make small amount of gravy.

7If too thick, add water.
