- 1 lb. green peppers
- 1 lb. beef
- 3 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Cut both green peppers and beef in slices about 2-inches long and 1/3-inch wide.

2Presoak beef in 3 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cornstarch.

3Mix and soak for 20 minutes.

4Heat 1/4 cup vegetable oil until hot on a pan suitable for stir-fry.

5Put in beef and stir-fry until light brown.

6Put in green peppers and salt and continue to stir-fry for about 2 minutes on high heat.

7(Time varies with temperature of stove.)
