  • 1 large green pepper, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings
  • 1 can or about 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 c. water
  • pork or beef strips, browned in butter on high

Directions

    Mix soup mix with water.

    Add vegetables to browned meat strips.

    Stir-fry.

    Add soy sauce and soup mixture and cook until thickened, but vegetables are still crisp.

    Pour over cooked rice. Serve.
