  • 2 pieces round steak
  • sprinkle of tenderizer, salt and pepper
  • 4 large bell peppers, cut into small strips
  • 6 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. water
  • 3 large onions
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. La Choy brown gravy sauce

Directions

    Cut steak in pieces about 2 inches in length and approximately 1/2 inch wide.

    Sprinkle with tenderizer, salt and pepper.

    Place in pot size of Dutch oven.

    Cover with water and cook until tender.
