- 1 can beef broth
- 1 each: small red/green peppers (1-inch cubes)
- 1 large thin sliced carrot
- 1 medium thin sliced onion
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 to 2 minced garlic cloves
Directions

4Cook until tender-crisp. Thicken broth with cornstarch.
