  • 1 lb. tender steak (1-inch cubes)
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 each: small red/green peppers (1-inch cubes)
  • 1 large thin sliced carrot
  • 1 medium thin sliced onion
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 to 2 minced garlic cloves

Directions

    Brown steak in margarine.

    Pour beef broth over meat.

    Add all ingredients to meat/broth mixture.

    Cook until tender-crisp. Thicken broth with cornstarch.
