  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce
  • garlic salt
  • flour

Directions

    Cut round steak in pieces.

    Flour and brown.

    Sprinkle with garlic salt.

    Top with sliced onion and green pepper.

    Pour tomato sauce over everything.

    Bake at 250° for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
