- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 2 c. green pepper strips
- onion, cut into wedges
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can Franco-American beef gravy
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1In skillet in oil, cook beef strips until brown, stirring often; set aside.

2Cook onion and green pepper with garlic powder until tender, stirring often.

3Stir in gravy and Worcestershire sauce; heat to boiling.

4Return beef to skillet.

5Heat through, stirring occasionally.

6Serve over rice.
