  • 1 lb. round steak
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 green peppers
  • 4 c. beef bouillon broth
  • 1/2 c. Burgundy wine

    Cut meat into thin strips.

    Brown garlic in oil, remove and add meat.

    Add liquid, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour, covered.
