- 2 onions, sliced
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 green peppers
- 4 c. beef bouillon broth
- 1/2 c. Burgundy wine
Directions

1Cut meat into thin strips.

2Brown garlic in oil, remove and add meat.

4Add liquid, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour, covered.
