- 1 pound round or flank steak cut in thin strips
- 1 minced onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 green peppers cut in strips (mixed peppers make the dish colorful)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
Directions

1In a heavy skillet heat oil. add meat, salt, pepper, onionand garlic. cook over moderatley high heat. stirring constantly untill meat is browned.

2Add bouillon and green peppers cover and cook over a low heat 10 - 15 minutes

3Blend together cornstarch, soy sauce and water. Add to pot and cook 3 or 4 minutes longer stirring constantly untill mixture hot and sauce is thickened
