- 8 oz. wheat crackers
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 6 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- 4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Pulverize crackers in blender.

2This yields approximately 2 1/4 cups.

3Set aside.

4Finely chop the vegetables in blender adding some of the margarine. Mix the cracker crumbs, vegetables, margarine and salt together in a large bowl.

5Oil 3 pieces of aluminum foil (8 x 12-inch).

6Form the mixture into 3 rolls about 1 1/2 x 9-inches on the foil sheets.

7Roll up the sheets and fold the edges to seal.

8Freeze overnight or until hard.

9Peel the foil and place the frozen rolls on heavily greased baking sheets or pans.

10Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

11Cut into 3/4 to 1-inch slices.
