- 1 lb beef round steak
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup sliced green pepper
- 14 cup sliced green onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 34 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions

1Pound steak to tenderize.

2Cut in 1/4 inch thick strips.

3In wok or lg skillet, brown meat in oil.

4Add peppers, green onions and garlic.

5Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.

6Mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce; add to skillet.

7Bring to a boil.

8Cook and stir for 1 minute.
