  • 1 lb beef round steak
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup sliced green pepper
  • 14 cup sliced green onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 34 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

    Pound steak to tenderize.

    Cut in 1/4 inch thick strips.

    In wok or lg skillet, brown meat in oil.

    Add peppers, green onions and garlic.

    Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.

    Mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce; add to skillet.
