- 1 lb. round steak, cut in strips
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. chopped green onions
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 c. water
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 medium tomatoes, quartered
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
Directions

1Brown steak strips in olive oil, soy sauce, ginger and garlic until tender.

2Add 3/4 cup water to mixture.

3Cook on medium to low flame for about 35 minutes.

4Add onions, celery and parsley. Cook for ten minutes on low to medium flame.

5Add cornstarch to remaining 1/4 cup water.

6Stir into skillet and heat until thickened.

7Serve over cooked rice.
