- 1 garlic clove
- 1 lb. sirloin steak, cubed
- 1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 large green pepper, sliced thin
- 2 c. rice
Directions

1Place cubed steak in skillet.

2Simmer in suet until fairly tender.

3Add garlic clove for 1/2 hour; remove.

4Add onion and cook until thin.

5Add bouillon broth as well, then add the tomatoes and pepper.

6Continue simmering until tomatoes and peppers are thin and meat is tender.

7Add cornstarch to desired thickness.

8Add soy sauce to taste.

9Serve over cooked rice or Chinese noodles.
