- 1 lb. round steak, cut into 2-inch strips
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 2 c. beef bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Heat oil in frypan over medium heat; add meat and brown.

2Add onions and green peppers.

3Mix salt, pepper and cornstarch; add broth and soy sauce.

4Pour over meat and bring to a boil.

5Cook until mixture thickens.

6Serve over rice.
