Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. steak, cut in 1/8-inch thick strips
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 c. onion, sliced
- 2 green peppers, cut in strips
- 2 large fresh tomatoes, diced
- 1 c. beef broth
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 c. hot cooked rice
Directions

1Sprinkle steak with paprika and set aside.

2Brown garlic in butter and add steak, onions and green peppers.

3Cook until all vegetables are wilted.

4Add tomatoes and broth.

5Cover and simmer on low heat about 15 minutes.

6Blend water with cornstarch and soy sauce; stir into steak.

7Cook until thickened.

8Serve over rice. Makes 6 servings.
