- 4 green bell peppers, cut in strips
- 1 red bell pepper, cut in strips
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- salt, pepper, paprika to taste
- 1/2 c. beef broth
- parsley, chopped
- 4 veal filets or beef steak filet
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Saute peppers in margarine.

2Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

3Add broth.

4Simmer for 15 minutes.

5Add parsley. Sprinkle meat with black pepper and press into meat.

6Fry in hot oil two to three minutes on each side.

7Combine sauteed peppers and meat.
