- 3 green peppers
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 2 c. mushrooms
- 1 chili pepper (optional)
- Success brown rice (mushroom flavor)
- 3 tsp. curry powder
Directions

1Saute mushrooms, onions and peppers in large skillet or wok with olive oil and Lawry's seasoning salt.

2Prepare rice in separate pot as instructed on box.

3Prepare steak.

4Trim fat off tender chuckeye steak and cut in tiny slices.

5Fry meat with butter or oil and add garlic for tenderness.

6Mix steak with vegetables and add curry powder.

7Stir well on low heat (simmer).

8Add rice, stir.

9Add soy sauce when served if desired.
