- 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cups Wheat Bran
- 1/2 cups Oat Bran
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Allspice
- 1-1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1/2 cups Canola Oil
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 whole Overripe Bananas
- 1 cup Walnuts, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Sunflower Seeds
- 3 whole Apples, Chopped
- 1 cup Raisins
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a tube or bundt cake pan. Whisk together the dry ingredients and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar, canola oil, eggs, vanilla and bananas. Add the dry ingredients and mix to combine. Fold in the walnuts, sunflower seeds, apples and raisins.

2Pour batter into cake pan and bake for 60-70 minutes (until cake tester or toothpick comes out clean). Remove from pan when cool.
