  • 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. margarine or butter
  • 2/3 c. beef or chicken broth

Directions

    In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, pepper and salt.

    Cut in margarine or butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
