- 2 lb. large mushrooms (approximately 60)
- 2 c. Burgundy wine
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 4 vegetable bouillon cubes (2 beef and 2 chicken)
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dill
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Bring ingredients to a boil.

2Put in mushrooms; cover.

3Simmer 5 hours.

4Take cover off.

5Simmer 4 more hours.

6These cook up to a very dark color but are wonderful.
