  • 4 lb. flank steak
  • 1/4 c. coarse black pepper
  • 2/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. paprika

    Push black pepper into both sides of flank steak; mix marinade and pour over meat in a Ziploc bag.

    (I marinate meat at least overnight in refrigerator before cooking.)
