  • 1 can green peas, drained
  • 1 1/2 cup diced fully cooked ham
  • 2 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 3/4 cup gluten-free biscuit mix
  • 3 eggs

    Put peas, ham, & cheese in casserole dish & spread out.

    Beat rest of ingredients together & pour into casserole dish evenly.

    Bake until golden brown & knife inserted in center comes out clean; about 35 minutes.
