- 2 c. (8 oz.) grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 tsp. fines herbes
- 1 tsp. minced chives
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed or garlic powder to equal 1 clove
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. any flavored seasoned pepper (such as lemon and onion pepper)
Directions

1Mix cheese, fines herbes, chives, Worcestershire sauce and garlic.

2Scrape bowl with spatula.

3With hands, shape cheese into a wheel.

4On wax paper, roll the shaped cheese into the seasoned pepper.

5Pepper should cover entire wheel of cheese.
