  • 1 bunch green onions (with tops), finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. black peppercorns, coarsely cracked
  • 2 tsp. pink peppercorns, coarsely cracked
  • 2 tsp. white peppercorns, coarsely cracked
