Peppered Deer Steak

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 large deer steaks, cubed
  • 1 c. onions
  • 1 c. green peppers
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 cans tomatoes

Directions

    Saute steaks in soy sauce, garlic and oil for at least 1 hour. Place in skillet with onions, peppers and celery.

    Cook on high and brown, then simmer with remaining ingredients until done. Pour over rice.
