- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- Worcestershire sauce
- rice
Directions

1Brown steak that has been cut in 1/4-inch strips in butter in a heavy skillet on medium heat.

2Add onion soup mix and water. Simmer abut an hour.

3Add peppers, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer.

4Serve on rice.
