Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 c. beef broth
- 1 c. green onions, sliced
- 2 green peppers, cut into slices
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Cut steak into strips; sprinkle with paprika.

2Fry steak and garlic in butter until brown.

3Add peppers and onions; cook until soft.

4Add tomatoes and broth; cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.

5Blend water, cornstarch and soy sauce; stir into steak. Cook until thickened.

6Serve over rice.
