- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak
- 2 green peppers
- 1/2 c. onions
- 2 c. instant rice
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- vegetable oil
- flour
Directions

1Cut round steak into bite size pieces.

2Add enough flour to coat the meat.

3Place meat in hot oil in skillet.

4While meat is frying, start your rice (instructions are on box) and chop up peppers and onions.

5Cook meat until done, stirring well.

6Remove the meat.

7Add peppers and onions to skillet.
-
8Fry until tender. Add meat, soy sauce and water.

9Cook until sauce thickens.

10Serve over rice.
