- 3/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 cups Chocolate Chip Mixture (white And Milk)
- 1/4 teaspoons Peppermint Extract
- 1/2 cups Milk
- Crushed Peppermint Candies, Chocolate Chips And Syrup For Toppings

11. In a medium sized bowl, combine flour, baking powder and chocolate chips. Set aside.

22. Combine peppermint extract and milk in another bowl.

33. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients.

44. Mix to combine.

55. Heat a griddle or similar pan over medium heat on the stovetop. Pour approximately 1/3 cup of the pancake batter onto the pan (you can do multiples at a time if you have room in your pan).

66. When bubbles start to form on the top, flip pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until the other side is brown.

77. Serve with crushed peppermint and more chocolate chips.
