- 1-1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 whole Chocolate Oreo Crust (From The Baking Aisle In Your Grocery Store)
- Crushed Peppermint For Topping, If Desired
Directions

1Add chocolate chips and heavy cream to a microwave safe bowl. Cook until the chocolate is melted (I do 30-second intervals and scrape the sides of the bowl and stir each time). Once melted, pour into pre-made cookie crust.

2Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set. Slice and serve with crushed peppermint and melted chocolate for garnish, if desired.
