  • FOR THE COFFEE:

  • 5 Tablespoons Dark Roast Coffee
  • FOR THE MOCHA:
  • 8 ounces, fluid Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Hot Cocoa Mix
  • 1/8 teaspoons Pure Peppermint Extract

    For the coffee:

    Using a regular drip coffee maker, make the strong brewed coffee using the indicated amounts of water and dark roast coffee.

    For the mocha:

    Heat milk in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the the hot cocoa mix until dissolved.

    Add the coffee and peppermint extract, stir until combined. Froth using a milk frother, if desired. Pour into cups and serve.
