- 8 oz. fettucini
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. half and half
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pepperoni slices, cut in half
Directions

1Cook fettucini; keep warm.

2Melt butter in large pan.

3Stir in half and half, nutmeg and pepper; cook and stir for 5 minutes, or until mixture thickens slightly.

4Stir in cheese; cook over low heat until melted, stirring constantly.

5Immediately stir in pepperoni and fettucini.

6Toss to coat with sauce.
