Pepperoni Bread

- 1 or 2 lb. unsliced pepperoni (depending on taste)
- 1 lb. solid Mozzarella or shredded
- 1 1/2 lb. pizza bread dough (makes 2 loafs)
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Slice pepperoni into cubes 1/8-inch thick.

2Shred Mozzarella. Preheat oven to 425°.

3Using a roller, apply flour on surface. Roll dough into a diamond shape; 6 x 6-inch wide, starting at the smallest point.

4Add pepperoni and Mozzarella (small portions at a time).

5Roll over and continue adding, then rolling, pinching each end.

6After roll is completed spread egg white over roll with paper towel.

7Bake on cookie sheet, 15 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
