  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 large tomatoes
  • 1 (3 ounce) package slivered almonds
  • mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon
  • butter

Directions

    Brown chicken breasts in butter; cook completely.

    Remove and drain on paper towels.

    To assemble, layer breast, slice of avocado and tomato.

    Squeeze lemon juice to taste into mayonnaise; put dollop onto each chicken breast.

    Brown almonds in remaining butter; top chicken.
