- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 avocado
- 1 large tomatoes
- 1 (3 ounce) package slivered almonds
- mayonnaise
- 1 lemon
- butter
Directions

1Brown chicken breasts in butter; cook completely.

2Remove and drain on paper towels.

3To assemble, layer breast, slice of avocado and tomato.

4Squeeze lemon juice to taste into mayonnaise; put dollop onto each chicken breast.

5Brown almonds in remaining butter; top chicken.
