- 1 loaf frozen white dough
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1/3 lb. pepperoni
- 1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack, Mozzarella or Cheddar
Directions

1Defrost dough to room temperature (or 5 1/2 minutes in bag, one loaf at a time, in microwave).

2Roll out on floured surface to approximately 10

3x 22 inches.

4Combine eggs, garlic powder and oregano.

5Using 1/3 of this mixture, brush onto dough leaving a dry 1-inch border around.

6Place pepperoni slices on egg mixture, then grated cheese; pat down.

7Starting with a long side, roll up dough.

8Pinch ends under.

9Cut in half, then pinch these ends under.

10Transfer both to a greased cookie sheet.

11Poke tops with a fork.

12Brush on remaining egg mixture.

13Bake in

14350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.

15Serve warm.

16Cut in 1-inch slices or cool completely, wrap in foil and freeze.

17To reheat, bake in a 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
