Cornflake Chicken

- 2 c. cornflakes
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 chicken drumsticks
Directions

1Put cornflakes into a plastic bag.

2Close the bag tightly. Use a rolling pin to crush the cornflakes.

3Pour into a pie pan. Put butter into skillet; melt on low heat.

4Remove from heat. Stir in salt and pepper until well mixed.

5Rinse drumsticks under cold water and pat dry.

6Place chicken on waxed paper.

7Brush chicken with melted butter.

8Roll each piece in cornflakes until coated.

9Put chicken in a baking dish.

10Be sure pieces don't touch each other.

11Pour leftover butter over the chicken.

12Bake in 375° oven 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
