- 1 loaf frozen bread dough
- 1/4 lb. shaved Provolone cheese
- 1/4 lb. shaved pepperoni
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Let frozen bread dough thaw and rise according to package directions.

2Spread out in large rectangle (approximately 10 x 12-inch).

3Brush with mixture of beaten egg, Parmesan cheese and oregano.

4Top with layer of pepperoni and cheese.

5Fold over; layer again and fold over.

6Seal all edges.

7Brush top with egg mixture.

8Bake at 350° for approximately 20 minutes, or until nicely browned.

9Serve hot, sliced in 1-inch slices.

10Wrapped in foil, bread will freeze well.
