- 1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Thaw dough; let it rise until doubled in bulk.

2Divide in half. Roll out first half on a floured surface into a 10-inch circle. Combine egg and Parmesan cheese, stirring well; spread half of mixture over dough leaving about 1/2 inch margin around edges. Layer 3 1/2 ounces pepperoni, 1/2 cup Cheddar and 1/2 cup Mozzarella over egg mixture.

3Roll up dough jelly roll style. Transfer loaf, seam side down, onto an ungreased baking sheet, making sure all seams are closed tightly.

4Repeat procedure with other half of bread dough.

5Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

6Cut into slices to serve.
