- 1 large loaf Bridgeford frozen bread dough
- 2 large pkg. pepperoni, sliced
- 1 large pkg. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1Thaw dough as directed on package and let rise in warm place. Separate dough into halves. Grease hands and cookie sheet thoroughly. Spread dough out into a long rectangle. Brush inside of dough with egg and place pepperoni in a row down the middle of each loaf. Top with mozzarella cheese and fold one side over the mixture, then the other and press to seal. Fold ends and turn seam side down. Brush with beaten egg. Can put both loaves on same baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 20 - 25 minutes. Cool slightly and slice to serve.
