Pepperoni Casserole

  • 3/4 pkg (3 c) seashells
  • 1 qt spaghetti sauce with ground meat
  • 1- 4 oz can mushroom pieces and stems
  • 1/2 c pepperoni
  • 1 c parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded

    Cook seashells until tender, but firm.

    Drain.

    Heat sauce, mix with shells.

    Add mushrooms and half of pepperoni.

    Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and half of mozzarella cheese. Mix together. Place in buttered casserole dish and top with remaining mozzarella.

    Place remaining sliced pepperoni on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
