- 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 lb. pepperoni
Directions

1On a floured surface, roll dough out thin.

2Beat egg and add oregano and garlic powder.

3Spread on dough (you don't have to use it all).

4Place Provolone on dough.

5Add pepperoni on top, overlapping.

6Sprinkle with a little oregano.

7Put Mozzarella on top.

8Roll in log fashion.

9You may use toothpicks to hold together.

10Place on an oiled cookie sheet.

11Put a little oil on surface.

12Bake at 350° until light brown.

13Serve with pizza sauce.
