- 1 large onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium green peppers, cut into strips
- 1/2 lb. pepperoni sliced
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 (16 oz. can) whole tomatoes--undrained and unchopped
- 1 tsp. dried whole oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- hot cooked spaghetti
- grated parmesan cheese
Directions

1Saute onion, garlic, green pepper, and pepperoni in oil in a skillet for 5 minutes.

2Add tomatoes, oregano, and salt.

3Cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Uncover and cook 1 minute to thicken.

5Spoon sauce over spaghetti and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
