- 6 ounces fresh yellow fin tuna
- 1 cup organic spring greens
- 1 cup organic romaine lettuce
- 12 scallion
- 18 cup celery
- 18 cup dried cranberries
- 18 cup juillienned carrot
- 13 cup rice
- 1 tbl.macadaima nuts
- 1 teaspoon white and black sesame seed
Directions

1apply ahi dry rub to tuna steak.

2sear tuna on high heat.

3plate greens.

4add scallions,celery, carrots, carnberries and rice.

5drizzle with sesame ginger dressing.

6thin slice ahi and place on top of salad.

7sprinkle with crushed macadaima nuts and sesame seeds.

8top with fried wonton strips.

9serve with wasabi aoli on the side.
