- 1 lb. spaghetti noodles
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 medium green peppers, sliced
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 tsp. oregano leaf, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook pasta.

2Heat oil over medium heat, add onion, garlic, pepperoni and peppers and cook 5 minutes.

3Add tomatoes, oregano and salt; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Uncover during the last minute to thicken sauce.

5Drain pasta and serve with sauce.

6Sprinkle with cheese.
