  • 1/2 lb. Muenster cheese, cubed or shredded
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cubed or shredded
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 egg, beaten or egg substitute
  • 2 c. low-fat or skim milk

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well; pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
